Beef

Beef in Chinese recipes is generally cut into very fine slices. Put them into freezer for 30 minutes to make slicing easier. Chinese style steak is tender and very tasted.

Sate Beef - Serves 4

fillet steak, pepper, sesame oil, corn flour

Beef with Noodles - Serves 4

Chinese egg noodles, thick rump steak, shallots

Beef with Black Bean Sauce - Serve 4

rump steak, egg white, black beans, shallots

 

Beef with Cashews - Serves 4 to 6
